FLOW:

A fast paced, vinyasa class syncing breath to movement. Students learn a sequence of poses and then are able to free flow. 

ROOT:

A slow paced class breaking down each asana and learning proper alignment.

SURRENDER:

A meditative, yin style class focused on long held poses.
